RETURNS/EXCHANGES


We offer a 60 day Return/Exchange policy on all products (SALE ITEMS NOT INCLUDED), starting on the date the order is delivered to the customer. To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, the product needs to be in a new, unused, unwashed condition. If clothing, original tags need to be attached. We only Return/Exchange products purchased from www.johnathansinger.com, www.johnathansingerart.comFacebook Store OR Instagram Store. If item(s) are purchased through a 3rd party vendor then Return/Exchange must be completed through them. 


Refunds for returns will only be initiated when Johnathan Singer Art receives and approves the item(s) being returned. Refunds can only be made for the original amount to the original card used during the time of the purchase. All returned funds are non-transferrable. Please allow 1-3 business days to see a reflection of your refund in your bank account as each bank has varying times to process transactions.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return and/or exchange shipping of the item(s) back to us. If exchanging, we will pay for the shipping of the new item(s) to be sent to you. 

**Gift Cards cannot be returned**
